Our Special Guest of the Evening Brandon & Alisha Sullivan
Aron's Brother & his Wife
![]() | Brandon Sullivan & Alisha Keith Sullivan were married on May 25, 2001 and have lived in Russell Springs, Kentucky their entire marriage. Alisha works as a quality inspector for Tantus Tobbaco & Brandon works with Alisha's dad who owns a company in Russell Springs. Brandon's dream is to own his own mechanic business. After graduating high school, and working as an apprentice mechanic Brandon has worked on vehicles, motors & body for the past 12 years. In the summer of 2011 Brandon cut trees down, loaded & then cut those trees into his own lumber and began constructing his life long dream of owning his own business. Sadly after a few weeks of being constructed the 2012 Leap Day Super Outbreak of Tornado's struck Brandon & Alisha's property destroying the business & damaging their home. Alisha's Mother & Father Phillip & Gena's home was completely destroyed. Alisha's brother Aaron and other family & neighbors completely lost their homes as well. The President & FEMA declared Russell County a natural disaster and complete devastation. Because the county was declared a natural disaster area Alisha's family were now eligible for FEMA Aid. However because Brandon's was an adjacent building & not his home his newly constructed building was not eligible for aid. (via FEMA) All of Brandon's tools, welders, impact tools, ladders, lighting, electrical instruments, computers,... ect was a complete loss. Brandon's garage had just been finished with it's construction and he had not yet put insurance on the business, and had not filed for a business license. Brandon is not eligible for any aid. The goal of this Event/Fundraiser is to reach out to individuals who has made an impact on their community and to help those individuals achieve what we all hope to one day achieve,.... Our Dream. Let's help Brandon get his dream back! Brandon & Alisha Sullivan will be attending The After the Storm Event & want to thank everyone for their kindness and generosity in helping with donations, preparations, and all their time with The After the Storm Event. |
